I am going to assume that he will take 'brothers' to mean 'brothers

"Then they will answer, 'Lord, when did we see thee hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to thee?' Then he will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it not to the least of these, you did it not to me.' And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."
Jesus states that what you do or not for anyone, is what you do or not for him. He even suggests that it is upon this basis that tickets to heaven and hell are issued.

that 'least ones' which is the analogue to the 'least brothers' in the
preceding paragraph both mean 'Saved Christians.' Another translation
reads: 'The most inconspicuous members of my family' for both
passages.
It makes little difference, because there are all manner of Christians
around the world who don't have enough food to eat. If 'Saved
Christians' were doing their obligation in having a 'Living Faith,' then
this would not be the case.

all Nations means All Nations that have Brothers in Christ or non-believers. So All nations will be judged on if they accepted Christ or not.

What do you mean by 'How they spent their Christian life?'
