However... the Milkman is not to be blamed without good reason. What would the world be like if we all went around blaming Milkmen for nothing? Chaos I tell you! The milk wouldn't be delivered for starters as they'd all be neurotic wrecks.
I don't think (and I'm not going to spend time finding out if this is the case or not) you have given a straight answer to any of my questions in this thread. Why is this?

I am sure the same goes on in many cities.
The odd thing is that although they are shouting, they fail to project very well and so the message gets lost in the sound of traffic, ordinary street conversation from passers by etc.

Kind of like the guys you are talking about when making an analogy of the "entire world as a preacher." The US is the busy street. The preachers are helpless because they can't afford an army.
The purpose of the preachers is to "raise an army of god". They take it quite literally.
The purpose of the world spouting off at the US is to "denounce an army and hope it goes away."
