Who could be so mean-spirited as to give such a post a thumbs down? It is amazing that anybody would or could, and yet they have.
Originally posted by StartreaderAlmost every single one of my posts gets one thumb down (or more). Sometimes you can go back 5, 10, 15 pages and find a thumb down for every single one of my posts, regardless of the topic or the thread, and regardless of the content. I wouldn't describe the person(s) doing that as "mean spirited", would you?

Originally posted by StartreaderBut there are thumbs up and thumbs down flying around all over the place. You surely don't attribute any significant meaning to them? If there is no particular rhyme or reason to them, why would you suddenly worry about who got some and why "in the context of one post from Grampy Bobby"?

Eat proteins and carbohydrates at separate times (meals) in combination with 'neutral' foodstuffs, don't drink water until some time after eating, don't eat after 6-7 pm.
Not that I am complaining, but it got 13 thumbs down. How do you explain that? 😉

Originally posted by Grampy BobbyPerhaps the thumbs down Startreader mentioned are not cause by 'immaturity' or 'insensitivity'. You only seem to want to project such attributes onto others when people are unimpressed by you or when you are criticized. If this is so, then surely it would be you who was "...hypersensitive to [his] own wishes and needs" in this case. Just a thought. 😉
