little bit of advice, find something to occupy your hands, thats what I found the most annoying (I started playing with prestic just to give my hands something to do)....

Well, I work on my computer all day, so my hands are occupied.

I don't think this will be a problem, I haven't craved cigarettes tooo much the last couple of months.
It's just become habit.
That's why I decided to quit.

I've got a fool proof method for quitting. Obtain a full pack of cigarettes and have a friend jam the filter end of one of the cigarettes into his ass and stuff it back into the pack. If this doesn't deter you, you have bigger problems than quitting smoking.

No seriously, there's this pill, and you take it... and it makes you into a whiny nit-picking callous bitter ex-smoker in no time. I hear it's very successful. It's called zyban or something. Ask your doctor.
