Released 1980.

Summer of my O Levels and then Sixth Form in the Autumn.

Post-punk or new wave. Never sure what the difference is.

Well I was a baby 40 years ago so I imagine it was 🎶 "old McDonald had a farm...eee i eee i oh!" 🎶

Another song was "dammit I wish that baby would shut up!"

I didn't like that song 😒

In no particular order would say Hotter Than July by Stevie Wonder, Back In Black by ACDC, Making Movies by Dire Straits and The River by Springsteen.

And like lots of other people I listened to Double Fantasy by John Lennon (and Yoko) a lot after Dec 8th

I so much wanted to like it because I had liked Fear of Music so much. I listened to it a lot in the closing months of 1980 but didn't end up really liking it until later in life.
