The post that was quoted here has been removedbest to do both, in moderation. the funny thing with excercising is that the more you do it, the more you'll have energy. (and sleep better, tolerate stress, fight of depression etc etc...). it's the nature's prozac, battery and viagra all-in-one.
I, of course, don't do anything but sit here playing chess or drill tactics. but I'll start again soon, I swear... and this time I'll actually do it... really I will.
The post that was quoted here has been removedim 16 years old, 261 lbs, ( i dont give a fat turd for metric, so no sense trying to convert it for the europeans)

6 feet 168 is still a bit thin, unless it's all fat. Start exercising. I'm 6' tall and weigh 200 pounds, but it's mostly muscle from years of weight lifting. I see other men my age (55) and height that weigh the same and they look like big fat balloon faced sacks of lard covered suet. Take a look at AThousandYoung's picture and you'll see what I mean ...[text shortened]... ouldn't walk a hundred yards without gasping for air and sweating like a pig. Oink oink.
