Google tells me that it's most likely Ohio State University, although it could be Oklahoma State University, too.
I meant Ohio State though, sorry. I'm used to saying OSU because everyone I talk to can easily assume that I mean Ohio State (I live in Cleveland...)
Also, the price thing should have been a clue, out of state schools don't run in the $8,000/yr. range.

A Psych. degree isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
There are a lot of students who study psychology, I don't know why really, but I'm planning on being a doctor...of some kind. 😛 Maybe psychiatry or something? IDK, I really haven't looked into it that much, and it's definitely not too late to change majors.
I refuse to study something like engineering though.
1.There's way too much math involved.
2.There's enough people out there to fill the engineering jobs, plus...I can't do math. 😛

Yes, it's all extremely expensive.
Originally posted by cmsMasterYou have to pay more if you don't come from the same state? That sounds strange - shouldn't you rather have to pay less, as you'll also have to pay for accommodation?

I paid something like $100 per semester. 😛 The university where I studied music therapy was private, so they had higher fees, but a music therapy trust paid the fees for all music therapy students.
Originally posted by NordlysNo, because you don't pay taxes to a state you don't live in.

Oh and the other comments remind me:
An engineering student asks "How does it work?"
a philosophy major asks "Why does it work?"
A liberal arts major asks "Do you want fries with that?"
Originally posted by NordlysMy parents pay the taxes, I don't know about all of this that well though...so I can't really give you the answers to all of these questions.
What taxes do you pay while you are a student?
Edit: And anyway, if you are studying somewhere, you are usually living there as well, aren't you? So wouldn't you have to pay tax there, too?
