Contrary to popular belief, game mods do not have access to any personal information that could confirm or refute multiple account abuse.
Also game mods cannot remove players, only the site admins can do that.
Since he's "confessed" to both, it's not really a game mod issue at all, so I'm fairly certain that Tommybear and Russ will be in contact soon...
