I must have quit smoking about 30 times.....

There are some excellent gums out there...nicorette f.e.

However, here in Sweden, we have Moist Snuff 😉)))) which I tak
now...a great substitute...

It isn't really much to say...keep struggling...drink water eat a lot of
fruits...that'll help.....

I wrote a play for Freak:

Dark night.Raining ouside.Building brghtly lit,people in a circle sitting
on chairs normally used at schools to prevent teachers from sitting
down to much.

Johan:"Hi.my name is Johan and I am an ex smoker....."
People:"Hi Johan we love you and accept you for who you are"
Johan:"Thank you but I have a problem"
People:"Well done Johan.Share with us!"
Johan:"Sure will Lucky Strike do?"
People:"Lets go have a few beers and forget "the fact that we are
recovering addicts!"
Johan:"Sounds good to me!"

Anyway, Freak I quit four years ago after ten years of smoking.I find
that a few beers in the evening take of the edge.It also gives you
something to look forward to.I go for a 5km run in the morning and
that makes me feel better about the beer.crazy stuff I know!

But hang in there it gets better everyday.

Good luck.

So Johan, you appear to be a beer connoisseur. Which is your
favourite, just out of curiousity?
