I really wanted to like it, but he couldn't decide what genre he wanted it to be in and in the end he copped out and did both - Mad Max meets Indiana Jones. Before that it was great.

Some more come to mind:
Light the red Lantern.
the seventh seal.
the spaghetti westerns, good bad and ugly,
Dirty harry, Mans' got to know his limits....
Gladiator, Russel Crowe.
The bruce lee movies, and that one his son Brandon Lee made,
forget the name, double tragedy.

The Crow - Brandon died in a very similar manner to how the Bruce Lee character is 'assassinated' in Game Of Death. All 1 big conspiracy I tell ya! But a terrible waste of talent, in both cases.

I'm surprised no-one else mentioned Seventh Seal...

Showgirls. Finest acting in any movie and the viewer really cared about the motivations of the main character.

were better though. In 2010 the movie had a very good representation

Not sure if it COULD be turned into a star, fusion reactions and all
given its mass but it was a great visualization.

I am shocked that nobody has The Princess Bride on their list? think back to the first time you saw that.. were you not in tears with laughter! Thats my favourite, and I could watch it over and over

Another great one not listed.. The Natural.. I know its corner, but..how many can honestly say they didn't get goosebumps when Roy Hobbs hit the ball into the lights at the end for the home run? That was great!

Not enough mass. It's bad sci-fi.

I liked The Natural, but if you're not a baseball fan does it mean that much? Remember, this is a multinational site and baseball doesn't do much for me. It was just another guy wins-against-the-odds movie - like Tin Cup. The book was miles better, have you read it?
