Probably the most "untalked about" person in this episode is the one who should be most talked about and considered the most, that being her child. The media has focused on her past. They have focused on money and her relationship with Howard K. Stern whose only client was her apparently.

Being a stripper means that she knew she could use her body to get money out of horny men. Not slut worthy, unless she was sleeping with them too...of which there is no proof.
Posing for playboy and gracing the cover just means that Hugh hefner thought she was a beautiful woman...and given that the 80 yer old man sleeps with 3 twenty-somethings and is a mulitmillionaire and probably one of the best judges of the female form on the planet....again, not remotely slut worthy.
