Man, that's good. Of course Sean Connery did the first MOVIE role, but BBC television had someone else, I think it was Tim Conway, wasn't it?
Or maybe Bob Hope?

Which of the following offences in British criminal law has the highest maximum sentance of imprisonment?
1) Theft
2) Unlawful sexual intercourse (girl under 16)
3) Dangerous driving
4) Assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH)

I always thought it was Bob Holness (for those in the UK he of blockbusters) he played him a radio show.
However... from wikepedia
"In 1956, he starred in a South African radio adaptation of Moonraker, making him only the second actor to portray James Bond (Barry Nelson played 'Jimmy Bond' in a 1954 adaptation of Casino Royale)."
But that was Jimmy Bond and I specifically asked James Bond and so on that technicality I will still go with it!!😀

Originally posted by Freddie2006Well you'd be correct, as unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 13 carried life imprisonment. But there is a specific offence of USI with a girl under 16 (ie a 14 or 15 year old) which carries 6 months. So it comes 4th.

So you are right, but wrong.
Which leaves theft or ABH?
