Anyone played Wordle?

I tried Quordle but I have not solved one successfully yet.

I've only tried the practice puzzles, but still, I can't even get those yet.

I think my problem is I cannot divide my attention to four puzzles at once and think up words that will test letters in separate puzzles. So I give up. Quordle is too hard for me. It's not fun at this point, just frustrating.

Your solving process is about the same as mine. I recommend your explanatory posts above to anyone trying to get the hang of these puzzles.

I like the little side-game of coming up with a good set of three words with 15 different letters to use as the first three fishing attempts, e.g.,
BACON
IMPLY
SHRED

In my case I'm tending toward front-loading with the less-common letters, thinking that if I get any hits, they might provide better hints at the solution(s).

Of course we can't guess ETAOI or NSHRD because they are not real words, but those are the most frequently used letters in English, in descending order (or at least they used to be) -- in case this info helps others.

Here's a group of four words that cover 20 letters, including all the vowels. I haven't used this one very much yet, but it might still be worth a try.

FLING
CHAMP
ROWDY

I just hate using four guesses right away, but that's how to get a variety of letters and clues on the board. So you have to hope to figure out the word in two more tries.
