Arsenic poisoning kills you by massively disrupting your digestive system, leading to death from shock.

Symptoms include violent stomach pains, vomiting and delirium.

Cool huh?

In the victorian era the ladies used to eat a mixture of vinegar, chalk, and arsenic to whiten their skin.

Nowadays we use it to treat some type of weird leukemia.

It's debatable. They found a trace of arsenic when they dug up his bones, it could have been prevalent in the cell in which he was imprisoned, in the wallpaper or something, or it could have seeped into his bones through the soil.

you can't get Arsenic in Europe anyway.

Arsenic was not used in poisening. Used was Arsenic oxide. A slight difference, since Arsnic just goes through your digestive system metallic, killing the odd bacterium, which is capable of catalytica oxidation
While Arsenic oxide will give by solution in hydrochloric acid (your stomachs filling) Arsenic ions, which cause...

Where did this come from?

What makes you think that anyone on this place would play with arsenic? If we have access to the internet, don't you think we know not to play with arsenic?
Given that shops now have to warn people that coffee is hot, I really don't think there's ANY warning that can be deemed too obvious.

PS Don't jump out of planes mid-air without a parachute. Gravity will make you fall. When you stop falling it will probably hurt.
