No he didn't....the taser knocked her to the ground. However, After reading about certain people being killed by tasers i think they should only be used in the most extreme violent cases.

i think a test is in order to finally resolve this debate.
gather up 100 70 yo's, put them in a line and one by one taser them. if more than 10 of them die of a heart attack the policeman was probably wrong to do what he did. if not, it's a valuable lesson learnt for all those pesky grannies in the future who want to cause trouble.
i would be an excellent world ruler.
