Sick days are free holidays that you don't need to pre-book, always take them 2 or 3 at a time, never apologise if your boss finds you in the pub, tell them it was purely medicinal. Always pretend you are sick on mondays/tuesdays or thursdays/fridays, this way you maximise your time away from work utilising the weekend. Always get trashed the night before returning to work, blame your general untidyness on the 'illness'.

Quite an arrogant assumption considering you don't know either how hard I work or how often I'm off sick.
Although I am a firm believer that one should never lie about their health.

I wish there were a few more people like you where I work. There's always a constant epidemic of Monday-itis around payday and certain people seem to think they can pick what time they start and finish. My boss is too kind for his own good. π
