The post that was quoted here has been removedWe got it, in Northern Ireland, on Tuesday. It was a crappy day so I decided to head home from work a few hours early only to find the house was about to be flooded. I was able to pop a manhole cover in the yard to stem the tide since the gulleys were completely blocked up so in the end there was very minimal damage.

Our small town was the victim of a flashflood which caused it to come to a complete stand still on Tuesday. I was stuck in the car driving home through it, the fact there was krazey flooding and lightning was terrifying!! Of course a policeman did see the look of horror on my face and offered to drive me home in my own car which I accepted. My hero, he was gorgeous too, a man in uniform does it everytime, I soon forgot about the lightning..!
