Ahem. I know what GMT stands for, but, despite my reasonably
good memory, have been unable recall how many hours it is
ahead (or behind?!) me. It just doesn't stick 🙁
It is a deficiency on my part, no doubt, one what little modicum of
discipline I have is unable to overcome.
😕
Give a man a fish: how many more hours or minutes?
Gah!

EDIT: P beat me, however, I was not bad for someone at the tip of Africa, considering the Yank did not know himself. 😉
Somewhere on the west coast a chess fan is getting ready for their lunch, where they spend the next hour in front of their computer reading the forums, and making chess moves. Only today is different, for as they log onto the computer and click into RHP (Top of their favorites list) they find there is nothing! They glance out the window to be sure the land is not slipping into the ocean; they look into the sky to see if there are explosions in the distance. They click the refresh button and wait. Their lunch begins to grow cold as they frantically click the refresh button.
They are quite sure disaster has struck, and a feeling of helplessness overcomes them, as they fear the company might have blocked RHP. They have heard tales of another site called ‘Chess At Work’, and they frantically type it into the address bar. They find nothing! They search their memory for the other names of the sites, Time For Chess… nothing.
They call to the boss and tell the boss they have become sick, and must go home. They drive like a nut and get online only to find they still can’t get onto Red Hot Pawn. Now they are hungry and have no chess… they crawl into the corner to blubber away, and go back to the computer every few minutes to click the refresh button…
Nothing.

Two points:
1) WHY is RHP not their home page?
2) If the coast does sink into the sea, does Russ have backups?
EDIT: Beer spelling corrected.
