@suzianne saidExecutioner Brand was, as you well know, banned permanently from RHP because he repeatedly posted Islamophobic hate speech.
It was either his own fault that he got banned, or it wasn't.
If it wasn't, I daresay Kevin wasn't the one who triggered him. Your own Inquisition of him played a far bigger part.
He was stupid enough to allow himself to be triggered by Kevin Eleven’s faux histrionics.
Pair of nitwits both.
@divegeester saidThere's one solution to your claim of innocence.
I don’t collect “personal information” as doing so is expressly against RHP ToS and if you or anyone else persists in accusing me of doing so I shall make a formal complaint.

Surrender your files.
The "personal information" you've collected is copies of posts that most have forgotten, including some you've claimed in the past to have included info that you have apparently tried to blackmail users with. "Personal information" includes such things as posts which have fallen out of public awareness, which you have claimed many times to be in possession of.
The "just kidding" defense here doesn't hold water, by the way, as you've claimed this and held it over users' heads for years. You cannot have it both ways.
Either you've collected personal information, as you've claimed many times, or you are a liar. Plain and simple.

No. Dive claims not to have any files in the first place. I do not claim that he is telling the truth, but I your demand that he prove his innocence by providing the files he claims not to have is at least as disingenuous as his own claim of innocence. Frankly, it's downright Metal-Brainian.
I assume anything said in a Private Message (P. M.) would be considered personal information.
If it said in the Public forums and saved to throw at someone because of a problem they have had in the past, we could be getting into a gray area there.
Personally I wouldn't say anything unless I didn't care if it was repeated in the public forum, especially to certain people. You know who you are. π π
