Then you will find many of the adults on this site irritating, also, as we were them once!

IQ of 170 or something.

Could be interesting. Which would be a first for me in any forum

What's the buy off? Boffin or socially acceptable? Choices of wife for the boffin are surely boffin wives? I'd sooner have the choice of all Ladies and maintain my choices, not my parents'.

genius is a double edged sword. they say that nobody likes someone who is too clever because they tend not to conform

To be really good at chess requires a high (or at least above average)IQ, but to have a high IQ does not mean you will be really good at chess.
The American physicist Robert Oppenheimer was a genius plus, had a lifelong interest in the game, and started playing at a young age. Sadly, he totally suuuuuuuuuucked, was like a 1200 player. He has a couple of games that can be found on the net, one against Guyala Breyer when he was a teenager, the other against ALBERT EINSTEIN at a Princeton University chess tournament. Einstein crushed him like peanuts. The game is embarrassing, Oppie played like a fish.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Incidentally, that kid called Dante apprently "uses his superior intellect to sometimes try and manipulate people".

I'm thinking he'll be ruling this planet within a few years.
