Last weekend I made an entire battalion of gingerbread men and finally ended up taking them to work (they'll eat anything homemade), and they're still talking about them. I think I'll be spending a couple more weekends in the kitchen before this season is over.

I’m on-call for 7 straight days, with Christmas Day in the middle...I won’t ask for no calls, because that’s not going to happen...I’ll ask for wisdom and insight to do my job well...
And I’m giving myself a pre-Christmas get-a-way to a room with a fireplace on an island this weekend.

But I will...(for those not in “the know”, I took a rather nasty fall flat in my face whilst jogging last Wednesday, resulting in a couple of rather gnarly cuts and a fat lip)...jog again, that is...I’m on a short trip and taking much needed R&R. Took my bicycle on a very nice 15 mile loop today. I’m “back on the horse”, so to speak. 😉
Don't do any jogging. 🤔
