Extensions are coming for Chrome, but for now I stick with FF for most sites I extensively use. Chrome can't get close to FF security wise if you take into account the security add-ons for FF.
Also, I can't use the net these days without Greasemonkey - especially RHP Forums with the gbaway script.
I have Chrome set to start with Windows, because it is lightning fast, and it gives me a quick overview of a few sites and blogs I like to catch up on, but then I load FF and continue down the road of mostly procrastination.
You can't beat FireFox for pure power and customizability.

What extensions does it have to block ads, block flash, allow/disallow scripting from certain sites (security extensions) and run customised scripts e.g. greasemonkey? Those who can, get Firefox.
Why not?
Internet noobs, get IE and Chrome/Safari.
