After you've done cleaning up that desktop, have a look in Windows\temp.
You can probably delete everything in that folder. Probably.

Thanks, Doc. I ran it and it made my computer boot up faster. Then I ran my register cleaner and found there were 69 files associated with stuff I didn't need.
