@rookie54 saidI just don't see the sense in closing a thread, that can just be removed.
sauce is for everything
a sauce for this, a sauce for that
i keep a bottle of hot sauce, right here in my hat
folks don't want sauce on steak?
bareback you shall have it
but if i want to put wing sauce on oatmeal
then i shall, and shall not give a rip
New members would still be able to read it.
I see a thread closed, first thing I want to do is read it to find out WHY!

I don't see the point in closing a thread, what was said can still be read.

It is the same as sending feedback, sometimes get a quicker answer too! 😉
IF... it done to show new members what is not allowed, I can see that. The crap can still be seen and could make a difference in if someone wants to join as a Paying Member.
I remember by lecture from Ghost on this very topic, and he was right on the money.

@very-rusty saidObviously you are mistaken.

@great-big-stees saidWhy just close them and not get rid of them altogether? Perhaps to show potential new members what is allowed and what isn't?
Seems obvious...to me. So as to stop people posting to it?🤔
