It would still be so even with the correct spelling.

maybe...

what I whanted to say is that the kind of choice you find in Italy, you don't find in other part of the world... This is my idea...

Have you ever heard about the "mediterranean diet??"... Is one of the most healty way of eating... and where does it come from? and do you know why it is so healty? beacause is diversified... a lot of different things to eat.

Think about what you ate in the last mounth... well, I never ate the same thing! where do you find this?

Furthermore, Italian approach to food is completely different from the approach I found abroad, in Europe and outside Europe.

Abroad, most of people eat because it is a physiological need. In Italy, people stay at the table for hours... and this doesn't mean that they sit eating at the beginning and chatting aftewards, rather it means that people eat and eat and eat for hours. The example of this behavior is Sicily.

What I mean, is that in Italy eat is an art... a different approach... The cook is an artist, and to eat is an art as well... I think that to taste really a course, a lot of details must be met... and the first one is what to drink... white wine? red wine? beer? just water?

Yes, I thought you were feeling ill or something.
For some reason, his misspellings were wearing me down like water dripping. (See his profile)

Look to the water at your feet. Does not the sage say: "What is more yielding than water? Yet, back it comes again, wearing down the ridged strength, which cannot stand to its strength. What is more forceful than quite water?"

Well...i'm at the hotel now. It took us 5 trains and a $7 cab, but we're here...and the hotel has decent wifi.

Trev...the locals couldn'tve been nicer to us. We wouldn'tve got here to the hotel without them, and we met a couple of Brooklyn guys on the NJ transit that we chatted away with for a while...decent guys. Looking for the Reddinh Pheonix outlet store (?) now for tomorrow. We will google it and see where it is. Loving the US so far guys.

are you sure?

you're right... I don't know anything... but just one thing...

I don't know whether or not you use to insult people so easily often... but what is astonishing is you're self-confidence...

Seriously, Britain has amazing cheeses but you don't even find a sniff of them in a major supermarket. Passable, maybe, but not even close to the real thing.
Try shopping in Waitrose instead of Aldi
