Here is one for your Good Morning Hearty breakfast!
A good pat of butter on a moderately hot non-stick pan. Coat pan with melted butter. Beat 2 eggs. Pour on hot pan. Top with green oinions, sliced mushrooms, chopped green pepper, chopped tomatoes, some grated cheese like cheddar, chopped deli ham, fresh or dried herbs like parsley and chives, sprinkle of sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste. Cook and flip over on one side. Serve with tomato salsa and/or sour cream. Eat with whole grain toast. Get creative in the kitchen! 🙂😲🙂
