If you press the option of 'reply and quote' when you respond to a post, instead of just 'reply', then it shows the post you are responding to, and makes it easier for readers to follow.

See your original post above - "Repeat after me.........

I pressed 'reply and quote' and it was included with my response to you! 😉

Pre-empted: 'Glad to be of service'.

And I would also add to that some minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions for a real lip smacking yummy experience. Can't do without the aromatics. 😲🙂

That looks delicious. Think I'll have that tonight. I'm gonna do it the veggie
style though. Thanks. 🙂

You have to have a cup of 'leftover' mashed potato. You got that? 😕

If you don't care for homemade mashed potato, there is always the dehydrated, out of the box potato. Prepare accdg. to package directions. 🙂

Eggs. Simply delicious, and nutritious. Cooked so many ways....boiled, poached, fried, scrambled, ... made into omelettes....

Here is one for your Good Morning Hearty breakfast!

A good pat of butter on a moderately hot non-stick pan. Coat pan with melted butter. Beat 2 eggs. Pour on hot pan. Top with green oinions, sliced mushrooms, chopped green pepper, chopped tomatoes, some grated cheese like cheddar, chopped deli ham, fresh or dried herbs like parsley and chives, sprinkle of sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste. Cook and flip over on one side. Serve with tomato salsa and/or sour cream. Eat with whole grain toast. Get creative in the kitchen! 🙂😲🙂

Soy milk we get in a quart box. Moo milk in a gallon plastic jug. The soy milk does not need refrigeration before opening, , so is handy when we run out of moo moo. 🙂
