Don't worry about not dating anyone, I'm 17 and my experience has been very limited as well.

Both. We were both the top of our classes in middle school although we never knew eachother. So we talk alot. But you know I get giddy every now and then it's weird talking to him sometimes.
You never know, he maybe on another forum in this vast cyber space asking complete strangers the same thing!
He might have wanted to kiss you for a year but is frightened too?
