As someone who no longer lives, you have no rights. I certainly won't care what happens to me when I'm dead because I'M DEAD! Stop being so vain. You're not important.[/b]
That's not about vanity. And why don't I have rights after I'm dead? I didn't realise my body was up to display and others people enjoyment after my demise. But thanks a lot for letting me know.

And what about waht the person that had the body raped thought while alive? Doesn't that count?

i am not condoning a society of necrophiliacs doing as they please, I am just challenging the justice system's prescribed penalty. I do not see necrophiliacs as dangerous people.

Im just saying that if you smoke pot, don`t get caught, if you do, you will face the law, even if the pot you were smoking is dead and has no relatives.

Maybe.

I just don't see how they can throw this person in jail like he's a danger to society.

This is just how you see it? I see it as disrespecting a person and the memory we have of her.

It's not rape. He didn't hurt nor meant to hurt ANYBODY. So you think that in order to be rape the person must be alive? Do you think that many people won't mind having their body molested after they are dead. I k atives of the person. I think that any reasonable person would guess that they'd be hurt.[/b]
No one seems to have a problem with embalming and an autopsy.

Let's see. Strip me naked, cut me open with a knife and some saws, drain all the blood from my body, re-infuse my body with some other liquids, yank out a bunch of my organs, paint me with a bunch of preservation chemicals and stick me in a box. That's acceptable.

But stick a chub in my dugout? No, that's invasive!

Bunch of masochists.🙄

And I don't know if necrophiliacs are dangerous. And by dangerous I mean having murderous intents. But I do know that that's not normal (and note the italics please) behaviour and incarceration isn't going to help by itself and some sort of therapy should be given too. But only therapy isn't enough for sure.

Fair enough. Like I said, I'm just challenging the fact that this person is being jailed for this. He should undergo a psychic evaluation to determine if he is dangerous and then be released. I agree with the courts decision to forbid him from working in the healthcare industry.

So we agree then. Stop getting so emotional.

No one has answered me as to how long this person should be jailed for. (Phlab)

Well autopsies normally aren't selffulfilling fantasies. They have reasons to be made and normally people closed to the deceased one don't have a problem too. If you feel that you have a good comparison pat your back all you want.
Some people donate their bodies to that so that further lives can be saved and the human body can be more understood but i'm sure that's the reason that impel necrophyliacs too. 🙄

we don't agree. I see the act as very wrong and for what I've read you don't seem to have that feeling.
And I'm not emotional I'm just expressing myself.
Why should someone answer how long the guy should be in prison? I don't have the answer for it nor I feel like I should have it.

Edit: Maybe I should say that I don't know if a necro is dangerous compared to some other random guy.All I know from start is that one guy is a necro but I don't think that gives him any more murderous intents.

Embalming?

What you're saying is you have no problem with someone ripping your body apart, you just don't want them to get any pleasure from it.

Control freak!

For me embalming simbolizes fear of death. It is a way for the mouners not to see deat how it really is and this a natural human tendency. Do I agree with it? No! Do I think it's wrong? No.

Edit: After reading your edit I think you haven't read my post carefully enough.

You don't have to answer any question if you don't want to but seeing as you have such strong moral feelings against sex with inanimate objects, I was curious to know your opinion on the matter.
