whether they have rights or not is irrelevant here. This question is what to do with a guy who tickles the tunnel of a dead person.
Rather than send him to the taxpayer's jail, i'd send necroman to the county psychologist
Theoretically, you have to be insane to do most crimes that are going to get you jail time. Murder, even a planned bank heist means your not mentally firing on all pistons... or at least out of options. I personally feel if you do a crime, you should do some time. This guy definitely has mental issues, but I think most people who would commit any major crime are not functioning at 100 percent.

For my part, I think it is just plain wrong; I think it steps well outside the boundaries of decency.
"Desecrating human remains" is the charge, and I'd say it suitably describes the respect that should be paid to bodies of the deceased.
Are we really becoming so low as a society that we would contemplate accepting such abusive deeds as .....what?...."acceptable sexual behaviour"?

No idea how you think going to the shrink implies your behaviour is acceptable. Perhaps you think the only recourse to behaviour modification should be the slammer? Oops, freudian slip, my bad.

I would love to have sex with a dead body, but i want to have sex with a dead Man because i am a woman. How is that possible? I'm the one that's getting screwed.
Granny.

No, BW.
Shagging a corpse is an offence in the UK under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Best get it over while they're still alive, then...
