I can't smell my own breath. I can't get my nose close enough to my mouth.
If you don't have Aramis, try dung! 😏
The post that was quoted here has been removedcomes mostly from the food you eat.
Your stomach digests the food, certain chemicals from the food get into your blood stream, the blood gets pumped around into the lining of your lungs and is absorbed into the air in your lungs as you exhale.
When you talk you are exhaling air from your lungs. The only way to stop the bad breath is to chew a masking agent like gum that releases more odourous chemicals that overpower the chemicals coming from your lungs.

And of the throat too. As we get older, we form flaps of skin in the throat, which harbour 'gunk', decomposing food and saliva. Nice.
I had a Google but couldn't find specifics, just symptoms.
Since my teens, I've been aware of a specific point in my throat ... I'm most aware of it after alcohol-induced vomiting (seldom being ill vomiting)....I'd always put it down to my throat getting scratched or whatever because of the "violence" of the Urge To Purge....
Now I'm really paranoid about my breath, thanks 😠

As I said, that only yielded symptoms, not an actual condition.
Help a fool out...gimme a link please? 🙂
Sorry it may not be true, but I had no reason to doubt it at the time. I don't think there is a specific name for the condition, other than ageing. All of our skin gets wrinkly when we age, as the elastin in it breaks down. The throat is no exception to this rule.
Voici voila, alli alla!
