@divegeester saidWho? Pamela Franklin
Ok so you can have a dinner for two, anywhere, with one movie or TV character. You can pick anything: city, restaurant, home. Who and what do you fancy?
Who?
Where?
Why?
Where? Casa Vega - Sherman Oaks, CA
Why? This lady was once a rising star in both TV and movies in the 60's and 70's, then, much like Greta Garbo, mysteriously vanished, supposedly to raise her children. Since then she has done very few (if any) interviews, and is almost never seen in public. Her husband, Harvey Jason owns a bookstore in Los Angeles, specializing in first editions. I would like to take Ms. Franklin to a really nice restaurant, just get an idea of what she does, since her children have long since started lives of her own. A clip of one of her most well known rolls in a heated exchange with Maggie Smith in the award winning film, The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie (starting at 1:30)

Swedish film director Lasse Hallström, known for films like What's Eating Gilbert Grape, The Cider House Rules, Chocolat and more. He will tell me about film production, his career and priorities - he is married to Swedish Actor Lena Ohlin. I hope we can dine in some restaurant in Soho, Manhattan and later take a walk on Brooklyn Bridge.

I remember her from the Unbearable Lightness of Being along with Daniel Day Lewis and Juliette Binoche.
Lena went for the guy who liked her hat. 😀

Angelina Jolie.
On the western shore of an otherwise deserted tropical island (dinner to be delivered by caterers, who then depart, leaving us alone).
Such an interesting woman. So much more than just a pretty face.
