I've started referring to the Imperial union as ''That place I get kicked out of''.

Originally posted by royalchickenHee hee - I was imagining you as a twelve year old for a bit there! Seventeen is old enough that I would think it makes no real difference, I would guess most of your classmates are only a year or two older than you. Still you must be good for something cos most 17 year olds don't go to college! What do you study?
17--hardly a child anything, genius in particular 😛.
I absolutely loved being at college, don't know how I managed to fit my studies in with all the sex, booze and drugs though! If only I could go back and be paid handsomely for it...
Originally posted by royalchickenwe always get asked for our matric cards, which have our ages on them. and i have a couple of friends who started when they were only 16 - but that's cause they were young for their year and scottish schooling is weird...but RC is american...and he's a complete maths freak too - cambridge dons problem and all that 😉

Originally posted by shavixmirI know this was posted jokingly, however, after bartending for 8 years I can tell you that people should regret what they do when they are drunk. I have seen more people make complete asses of themselves on the sauce than on any other drug. And yes alcohol is a drug. A very potent drug that can ruin your life. More women are beaten by drunk men than by sober ones. More fatal car accidents are caused by alcohol than any other drug. And where I live, more people freeze to death because of alcohol than from any other reason.
One should never regret what one does in a drunken mood.
One should always remember to blame someone else!
To quote Moe Szyslak "Nothin' like a depressant to chase away the blues!"
It is a depressant, that says it all. I still drink, but I no longer get so drunk that I can't recall what I have done. I used to, but I don't any longer.
So drink up, chums. Or is it chumps?
