champagne and chive sauce with thinly cut salmon to start
going to make the wild mushroom soup again tomorrow to see if i still like it, if i do than it'll be that after the salmon.
main, will be the duck and pomegranate sauce with baby carrots cooked in butter. going to do the potatoes again tomorrow as well, i'm going to cut them a bit thinner and use a bigger tray, just to see what they're like. the onions went to the bottom too much the last time and i want all of the stock to be evenly adsorbed with the butter. think it'll be better this way.
have no clue about the dessert yet.
