"Esquivalience" is a fictitious entry in the New Oxford American Dictionary (NOAD), which was designed and included to protect copyright of the publication. It was purported to mean: "The willful avoidance of one's official responsibilities."[Wiki].
What seemingly plausible but fictitious words can we come up with that could serve the same purpose as Esquivalience if we needed them?

Here are some examples.
Sproggering.......meaning faster than a jog but not sprinting.
Scrax...................the silver foil on lottery cards that you scratch.
Furgling.................searching around in your pocket for keys or loose change.
Vidiot............someone who is inept at using video equipment.
Xenolexica...........confusion when confronted by unusual words.

There are lots of words that have been rejected by the Oxford English
Dictionary.

Perhaps you are a bit gnatswish, adj., flustered, champing at the bit, having lost one's composure somewhat, as in "straining at gnats"?
