I have suspended timeouts for 24 hours (possibly a little longer.)
Sorry for this inconvenience, we do are best to keep this service 24/7, but very, very occasionally, things can go wrong. We will endeavour to stop this happening again.

It was software (not ours), and something that I will be investigating further tomorrow hopefully.
Some other bizarre circumstances really tripped us up too. This was also not helped by the fact that I was at a friend's wedding today, and I am currently far away from my office.
Now we are back up, I REALLY need to get some sleep.

I saw that big yellow thing too, really scary how big it is ... And I have ruined my carpet last night by running up and down the flat for hours checking RHP every 2 minutes ;-)
Glad it's back and running ... Not glad that MY work actually block RHP, timeforchess and chessatwork :-(
And then I have a corporate business dinner tonight and a housewarming party on Friday ...
