Just reading some opinion polls and here is an interesting alternative to penalties

After Saturday's FA Cup Final in which Arsenal were the 'victors', isn't it time we had an alternative to the shoot-out to decide games?
Why not have three independent judges who register a vote each time a shot on target is achieved (rather like a boxing match) - then if the result is a draw the game can be dicided on a points system.
This is both fair and will also bring out more attacking football.
