What food packs on the pounds?
I'm 6ft and 255lbs and I need to be 300+ for a sporting event in 60 days.
Yes I lift weights religiously and looking "ripped" was never my thing.

I heard about the ...[text shortened]... etc.
Right now I eat meats, eggs, rice, beer, junk food and milk but not much else.
gaining 50 lbs will require eating an additional 30,000 calories above and beyond your normal caloric intake. try eating a pound of butter before bed for 50 days, that should do the trick. Be sure and see your cardiologist when your done, you'll need a bypass.
also a box of spaghetti slathered with meatsauce before bed everynight
30 medieum sized bananas
750 olives
1.6 lbs of beef jerky
20 oz bag of potato chips (maybe a winner here)
7 lbs of tofu
pick any of the above and consume nightly before bed, and in about 50 days you will be at you desired (?😕?) weight

You need to gorge yourself and then rest- then gorge then rest.
I agree with trev. Most of the weight you pack on will be fat if you do it an sixty days and it will just hinder your performance rather than maximize it. Also, having been a highschool wrestler, its not about the weight, its about your balance. Gaining that much weight will surely throw off your balance.
