Just a technicality: other reports say it was a drink "made with" LN2. The drink would have been chilled to a dangerous sub zero level, depending on the alcohol content, but as a chemist who has worked with LN2 I disagree with the reports that she actually ingested LN2. First, it wouldn't stay in the glass with an aqueous liquid, or would freeze the alcoholi ...[text shortened]... ffect is the main thing, and that comes from the rapid vaporization (boiling off) of the LN2.
effect is what its all about, either way, the young girls life will never be the same.
