Anyone watching Channel Four's 100 Greatest Album?

I would have voted for The Joshua Tree (?) or The Stone Roses (24)

Dark Side of The Moon by Pink Floyd, or Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles. After that is about three or four Metallica albums...

5. Live in Scotland (parts I, II and II) - The Corries
4. The wild, the innocent and the E-street shuffle - Bruce Springsteen
3. The white album - The beatles
2. Bonemachine - Tom Waits
1. The Velvet Underground and Nico - The Velvet Underground

Other albums I'd consider worthy:
- The rocky horror picture show soundtrack
- Born to run (Springsteen)
- Sgt. Peppers (the Beatles)
- The wall (pink floyd)
- Raindogs and swordfishtrombones (both by Tom Waits)
- Pack up the plantation live (Tom Petty)
- Best of...Buddy Holly
- ABBA GOLD (OBVIOUSLY....)

Definitely DSoTM at number one for me.

Others I'd put up there would include:

1 Giant Leap
Miles Davis - Kinda Blue
Bruce Springsteen - Born To Run
Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
- The Wall

Oh and so many others, I could go on forever.

But not Radiohead 😠

Anyone that puts Sprungsteen and the rather aptly names 'Dire' Straights in the top five should obviously be locked up 😛

Radiohead rule 🙂

I'd get rid of Prodigy Fat of the Land and put in orbital insides instead..

A few notable omissions.
Aphex twin should have an the richard d james album in there.
Outcast should be removed and snoop dogg "doggystyle" or Dr Dre "tha cronic" added imho..
