Anyway, my dog barks at strangers and other dogs. Once they leave the area she shuts up. She is on "alert"! Plus, in my neighborhood there are six dogs and 7 houses. The entire area is full of barking dogs and lots of room and nobody cares.

That's just rude, and the dog owner isn't being very considerate of people around them.

Previously the "😉" indicated the joke. I wasnt being serious ofcourse, therefor i do think it was funny.

I understand the behaviour of your dog, its totaly normal. If your dog doesnt repeatingly bark all day (or to close neighbours) i dont see a problem. You can keep your dog🙂

Im playing a game, its called chess, has nothing to do with this discussion tho😉

I disagree with you. I dont think my post was plain stupid. Dogs should be kept quiet indeed, for that to work the main issue is that the dog has to listen to its owner. (ofcourse the owner should give the correct command and make the dog shut up).

Is it MY fault if the owner DOESN'T tell the dog to shut up, and if they do the dog still won't shut up?

Either way, it is a problem with the owner either not discipling the dog or the dog failing to listen to the owner.

That is in no way my fault, and all the fault of the owner, and no way the fault of the dog.
