Hm, I don't entirely agree.
"Hei" would be more common than "hallo" (if it's not a phone call).
"Please" is not like the German "bitte", it only means "vær så snill", not "vær så god". "Vær så god" means "you are welcome".
"Velbekomme" is something like "your health!"
Edit: "You are welcome" can also be translated as "ingen årsak".
"Velbekomme" also (in addition to "your health!"😉 has almost the same meaning as "Your welcome", but that phrase would probably be most used by those at the age of my mother 🙂
