Plenty of coffee.
I don't think breakfasts at 7 am are great at all.
When do *you* have breakfast? For lunch?
Originally posted by SuzianneWarm breakfast? Yikes, that's much worse! I don't like warm things in the morning, it contrasts too much with the chill of the morning. I got used to taking a warm shower in the morning, but now I have switched back to taking the shower in the evening. As a kid I sometimes had porridge or semolina pudding in the morning, but never hot drinks or other warm stuff. I still wouldn't mind porridge or semolina pudding as long as I have something cold first, but as I would have to make it myself, I don't have it. Otherwise, warm stuff is only acceptable for an extended breakfast, more like a brunch. I may even have a tea then.

I have breakfast when I get up. When I have to work, that's usually far too early (but rarely as early as 7 am), which means it's not the enjoyable kind of breakfast, just a breakfast to get food into myself. When I don't have to work, I may get up later than most people would have lunch.
