Nah - they are more expensive. I dont think there are many sites that offer as much as red hot pawn for such a low price.
Especially if you live in England, it is a half price membership with the exchange rate being so good, he he he.

Seriously you have not missed much. There are many and varied chess sites out there and I have played on most of them. I have been a member on Gameknot for some years, but when my sub is due later this year I will not renew it, and will leave and be a member of only this site.Why this one? Well, the quality and variety of forums, the genuine concern of admins to deal with cheating, The standard of chess, all kinds of things add up to the end resut that this is the chess site of my choice, long-term.

I'm a non-sub over at GameKnot, but I haven't been back to the site in quite a long while. I don't even play at Queen Alice anymore. RHP is the best chess site out there, bar none.
