Thing is, though, red thumbs have become meaningless and personal. I could say 'Grass is green' on here and I'd get thumbs - down. Red thumbs aren't vital, expressing opinion on this site isn't vital. Oxygen is vital, food is vital, cricket is vital. (Okay, the last one might have an element of personal bias...)
When you get up there in red thumbs, usually means you're on a sinking ship, which you seem to have jumped on by mistake! 🙂
