i want to go to phuket, but it's double the price for one less star...watch this space, i may still decide to go european 😛
Just find cheap flights to Bangkok, go to Khao San Rd, find somewhere decent and cheap, go on a couple of day trip to Chang Mai, go to the North East of Kao Pha Ngang for a few days. Sort most of it out when you get there.
Trust me, if you commit to 11 days in Bangkok, without seeing some of the rest of Thailand, you'll seriously regret it.
