Oon and on and on.... in different order too... well, at least i get to play around a little.
Which is not the case with
ringdingdingdedooodadooooong
I stopped hating catchie tunes a long time ago as i am completely incapable of removing some of them. Some of my repertoir include (in order)
1.The theme tune to the littlist hobo (comes up at least once every day or so...)
2.The Wombles theme tune.
3.The Great escape (whistle it if you dare!)
4.I did it my way / New york, New York meddlie. (the chorus's are in the same key)
5.The Umper Lumper song from Charlie and the chocolate factory.
Somebody told me once that if you sing the song to the end you can get it out of your head but i've passed the point of wanting to. Accepting one's demons is part of life. Instead i just annoy the sh;t out of anyone within range by whistling them over and over and over again. I consider my job done when i hear them being whistled by someone else, this is my cue to move onto another 😀
Would that we were all as close as George....
Words are flowing out like endless rain into a paper cup
They slither while they pass they slip away across the universe
Pools of sorrow waves of joy are drifting through my open mind
Possessing and caressing me, Jai Guru De Va Om
Nothing's gonna change my world, nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world, nothing's gonna change my world
Images of broken light which dance before me like a million eyes
That call me on and on across the universe
Thoughts meander like a restless wind,
Inside a letter box, they tumble blindly as they make their way across the universe
Jai Guru De Va Om
Nothing's gonna change my world, nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world, nothing's gonna change my world
Sounds of laughter shades of life are ringing through my open ears,
Inciting and inviting me,
Limitless undying love which shines around me like a million suns
It calls me on and on across the universe, Jai Guru De Va Om
Nothing's gonna change my world, nothing's gonna change my world
Nothing's gonna change my world, nothing's gonna change my world
