@mike69 saidNo B.S. Mike, all true. If I am alone with my family in our house I am quite sure I don't have to be concerned. Providing I see the lion first, I know what to do, do you?
Mix some truth with a little bs and you think you came out with a winner. What would you have to remain calm from without fear in order for survival and you’re with your family and nowhere to take cover.
I am telling you don't run and try and out stare the lion. Don't take your eyes off it or make any sudden movements just stare it down. It is your only chance and back away slowly. You can't out run a lion it has been known to reach speeds up to 50 miles per hour. Believe it or not the lion is more scared of you, providing you show no fear.

@very-rusty saidI’ve been in the situation with a mountain lion walking up my fence line but didn’t see it until around 40 yards away. It proceeded to walk by me around 30 feet away. I didn’t feel fear just what I could do if it jumped over the fence I was beside. It went by making a weird whimpering kind of sound looking at the ground.

@mike69 saidGood it wasn't up close to you, like I said believe it or not the lion is more scared of you. Was the lion injured?

@very-rusty said30 feet is very close, trust me and it wasn’t injured but did die later. My house is over 130 years old with an old barn and another on the other side of the fence on a different property as it used to be over 300 acres originally. I’m pretty sure it had a couple little ones under it where a big hole went underground. I had seen two there a few years earlier before I had moved there as it had no wiring, plumbing, holes in the roof etc. when I bought it, it was bad. If your family was in a situation with the lions you would be terrified, yes?

@mike69 saidYou first spotted it at 40 yards if your story is correct....So you saw it coming. You are saying it wasn't injured yet it died later. What did it die from? I am sure you had a vet look at it. I wouldn't have my family anywhere near where lions were to begin with knowing how dangerous they can be. Personally, In answer to your question, no I would not be terrified. I would make sure to take steps to keep my family safe. Even if it meant moving.

@very-rusty saidYou can shove the lion up your a s deceiver. I’ve tried being nice to you many times this isn’t the first, what’s up with you? Let’s settle it
Mike,
Get back to me when you are capable of carrying on a conversation without cursing and name calling. You said the lion died, not the neighbor found it. Most people would look into how the lion died.

@mike69 saidWell Mike,
You can shove the lion up your a s deceiver. I’ve tried being nice to you many times this isn’t the first, what’s up with you? Let’s settle it
We will have to settle it over a chess match I guess. What would be a deceiver? I have to know where to shove the lion so it gets in its proper place. Perhaps you don't know but you shouldn't try to handle lions. 🙂 I can't help it if you have a thin skin. Please make that a couple clan games. I don't like playing for nothing, unless I am learning. 🙂

@very-rusty saidYou’re weak I can’t get interested in the games to try or even be interested in them. It’s been thick with you, that’s the problem and also unlike you I’ve been honest.

@mike69 saidThe stats say I am stronger than you except for those 2 draws I threw you. Now you Question my honesty, how do you expect me to have respect for you?
