@very-rusty saidThe lion is the only cat to live in a pack (pride) although some can be solitary.
I do know lions travel in packs, where the tiger travels alone.
All other cats live alone.

@great-big-stees saidThey are not the kind of cats we were talking about, but life must be quite hairy around your house with 2 cats and 3 dogs! 😉

@very-rusty saidVacuuming is a constant in our home. I've suggested that we might start keeping the "hair" and make sweaters or scarfs out of them...OK I don't knit, sew or crochet but then I am the one who comes up with the ideas.

@great-big-stees saidYes, be nice to make a profit from the hair some how....Those vet bills can be expensive for sure! 😉 Not to mention the fact they want to eat every day....LOL....

@very-rusty saidMy daughter is a vet so I get a break there but the food. BTW the dogs are not of the "lap" variety.

@very-rusty saidI suppose they can't travel as much with all the animals needing care, so that's where some of the money comes from. 🙂

@very-rusty saidYes probably 🙂
I'd say with the daughter a vet, they have a built in babysitter for the critters! 😉

@very-rusty saidI suppose you can't rely on other people too much. I don't know of anybody among my friends who would look after my dog, if I had one, and not a cat either.
Only a guess mind you....I don't know if she would have the room or how busy she is. 😉
