Maybe they had some secret quality they are looking for but couldn’t advertise for it. My employer couldn’t very well advertise a draftsman’s job saying they wanted some kid who would work cheap or the sales secretary’s job saying they were looking for big bosoms, but those seemed to be the deciding factors.
