Seriously, how do people do it? I've been in Ireland now for 7 weeks with my GF still in Peru and it's miserable. Sure skype is there but it's no where near the same... how can you go out with someone and miss out on all the good things like rolling in drunk at 4am and falling into bed together?
Lucky for me i only have to wait a few more weeks, possibly less depending on visas.

7 months... hhmmm which leads to the following question, does it get easier after time? I mean short breaks of a week or so are easy and can help relationships but more than that and it gets difficult.
